When I was asked if I could do a Minnie Mouse cake for a little girls 2nd birthday, I thought, no problem.  Little did I know that it would be a difficult task to find a Minnie Mouse shaped pan.  They are a discontinued item and very hard to find.  Thank goodness I was able to find one on ebay and the seller was wonderful and shipped it to me right away!
